Arrival: Please arrive before your scheduled appointment. Guests more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Please allow adequate time for street parking
Cancellations: Blueprint requires at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, rescheduling or changing of an appointment. Any less notice will result in a fee of 50% of the service reserved. A credit card is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the time and service requested. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without communication or cancel the same day we reserve the right to charge the full fee or 100% of the missed appointment and may result in non-refundable deposits for future bookings. If you are ill or have an emergency please call the salon at 503-764-9663.

Hair Color: Blueprint Modern Hair understands that hair color can be a complex and personal process. We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible experience and results.
-Highlights, Bleach and Vivid Color services may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired results.
-If you bring a photo of your desired hair color please be aware that it may take more than one appointment to get your hair to the desired look/shade.
-Hair color results can be unpredictable. The hair colorist will make an estimate about the amount of time and number of sessions required to achieve the desired results. The final outcome and timing may vary depending on the client's starting hair color, condition and color history.
-Clients should be aware that some color goals may require additional time and incur additional charges.
-Blueprint Modern Hair is not responsible for the costs of additional services or timing required to achieve desired results.
-We recommend new clients book a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment.

Pets: Oregon state board of cosmetology does not allow animals in the salon
Children: Due to the nature of exposed glass on our retail display, and our abundance of breakable potted plants, we ask that young children be supervised at all times.
Color Corrections: Please schedule a complementary consultation for corrective hair color. Lengthy color corrections may require a deposit.
