Owner Jeff Davidson has a passion for design and education. After earning his fine arts degree from University of Arizona, Jeff relocated to Los Angeles, where he became a hair educator and stylist for a prestigious Santa Monica salon. Hollywood’s elite sought after him for his precision cuts and masterful color. This trend setter has earned diplomas from Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy, KMS, and Goldwell. He has trained in cutting under legendary Beverly Hills cutting legend Anh Co Tran. Jeff holds his business to a high standard by making sure no detail is left behind. Jeff's Portland clients appreciate his nurturing personality and his enthusiasm for collaboration. He works regularly training and mentoring new talent in the art of hair. Outside of Blueprint, Jeff enjoys Japanese gardening, building things, and enjoying Portland with his wife and two children.
MARCY | STYLIST
Marcy’s passion for hairdressing started at an early age. She began her career in Portland in 1998 and through continued education, has kept up with current trends and perfected her techniques.
She enjoys creating beautiful natural-looking color and strives to give each client a unique and unforgettable experience. Through years of hands-on work, she is confident in cutting all hair types and will bring out the best in your hair.
JON LEVI | STYLIST
Jon Levi has a passion for hair that goes back to his childhood. He began styling hair on his older sisters when he was very young and continued to experiment with hair throughout high school. When it was time to choose a career, there was no second-guessing. He graduated top of his cosmetology class and started his career at the top salon in his hometown where he stayed for 11 years and built a strong following. Jon is passionate about continued education and believes that the best stylists never stop learning. He enjoys sharing his extensive color knowledge with other stylists and helping them grow. Jon specializes in highlighting, balayage, pastels, color correction, and men’s and women’s haircutting. He takes everything into consideration for a client's new look. From personal style to lifestyle, making sure it all works cohesively. When he’s not in the salon, you can usually find him at a movie theater watching the latest flick, taking adventures whenever and wherever possible, traveling, or Seaside at the beach relaxing.
CHELSEA | STYLIST
Chelsea brings her skills all the way from the East Coast. Passionate about hair from a young age, she was always the go-to friend who helped others style their hair for all formal events growing up.
In 2011 she decided to take the leap of fate and go to the Aveda institute of Orlando to pursue a career in cosmetology. She hasn’t looked back since! Chelsea loves to use her creativity and skill set to help clients achieve their hair goals whether it be a sun kissed blonde, or vibrant fashion colors. The reward of her clients feeling beautiful and loving their new look is always her favorite part of the service. During her career she has received advanced education in brands such as Oribe, R+Co and Wella. In her free time she loves to explore the PNW with her American bulldog Louie, and her husband Gordon!
JAMIE | STYLIST
Jamie Uyeda is an Oregon native. She graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in business before moving to Kaohsiung Taiwan to teach English. After realizing her strong desire to work in the hair industry, she returned to Southern California to begin her career.
Jamie has been working in Portland since 2001. Her ability to understand and execute her clients needs and wants has earned her a large and loyal clientele. Through travel and ongoing industry education Jamie works to increase her skill and precision, as well as stay current and creatively inspired.
CALEB | STYLIST
With over 27 years of experience, Caleb joins us from San Francisco and most recently, New York. After developing his skills in top salons in San Diego and New Orleans, he relocated to San Francisco where he honed his craft with advanced training from Wella, Sassoon, and L’Oreal Professionnel. Going on to complete the Wella Master Color Expert Certification.
Always inspired by his surroundings and the people in them, he understands cutting and coloring different textures as well as curly hair. Caleb applies this diverse knowledge to a unique, personalized approach to his craft.
ERICA | STYLIST
Erica is a talented stylist who spent the last 11 years on the East Coast, practicing her craft and building a loyal clientele, before moving back to Portland. With a passion for making her clients look their best, she understands that feeling good about how one looks is an important part of their self care routine.
Erica knows communication is key to great haircolor and cuts. By building a rapport with her clients and understanding their lifestyles, they leave her chair feeling confident. She loves coloring and has a great eye to create anything from fun, vibrant colors to natural blondes, reds and brunettes. One of her favorite things to do are big transformation cuts.
Erica loves calling the Pacific Northwest home. In her free time she can be found record shopping, hiking in the Gorge, enjoying live music with friends and baking.

AVIAN | STYLIST
Avian moved to Portland in 2023, bringing 18 years of experience and an artistic joy to her work at Blueprint. She specializes in blonding, vivid and creative colors, fashion-forward cuts, gender affirming haircare, customized client education and hair science.
